Major appliances are at the center of what we do, alongside tools, outdoor power equipment, and home improvement. Our vertically integrated freight brokerage keeps transportation inside the same operating system. Direct, not brokered.
What does Registix do?
Registix builds and operates reverse logistics and liquidation programs for OEMs and retailers, moving returned, excess, discontinued, and other non-productive inventory into qualified resale channels.
We handle the work between a vendor deciding inventory needs to move and that inventory reaching the right buyer. That includes buyer allocation, pricing, freight coordination, settlement, and program reporting. The goal is not simply to sell the easiest loads. It is to move the full portfolio at the right recovery and the right speed.
What makes Registix different from other liquidators?
Registix combines direct vendor relationships, a private qualified buyer network, full-portfolio recovery, and a vertically integrated freight brokerage in one operating model.
Most liquidation models separate the inventory sale from the freight and rely heavily on open auctions or layers of brokers. Registix is built differently. We work directly with OEMs and retailers, allocate inventory into resale channels we know, and coordinate pickup through our own in-house freight brokerage. Recovery + Velocity both matter. What you recover matters, and so does how long the inventory sits in your building.
How does Registix coordinate fast pickups?
Registix coordinates freight through its vertically integrated brokerage and runs national programs with 48-hour pickup SLAs.
Freight is planned alongside the inventory, not after a load is sold. The Registix team coordinates carriers, appointments, pickup requirements, and buyer delivery needs as one operation. The 48-hour commitment applies to pickup under the applicable program, not a blanket guarantee that every load is delivered within 48 hours.
Where does Registix source appliance inventory?
Registix sources inventory through direct OEM and retailer recovery programs, including returns, overstock, discontinued product, factory seconds, and other released inventory.
Inventory can ship directly from the OEM or retailer facility to the buyer, depending on the program. Some programs may require additional inspection, grading, counting, or handling before resale. The source, condition information, and available manifest detail depend on the specific program.
Who founded Registix?
Registix was founded in 2018 by Filip Maciolowski.
The company grew out of the liquidation business Filip started in North Carolina in 2017. What began with local inventory recovery became Registix, a national platform built around major appliances, home improvement, direct buyer relationships, and vertically integrated freight.

The headquarters is in Cornelius, North Carolina. Registix moves inventory from OEM and retailer facilities across the country into qualified buyer channels nationwide. CLT Wholesale is a separate local retail and wholesale operation in Cornelius and is not the same thing as the Registix national recovery network.
